The construction industry is inherently prone to risks. At Alok we strive to minimize these risks and foster practices of awareness and skill for identification and mitigation of potential hazards. Some key initiatives under this approach include – Regular safety training sessions to equip workers with the knowledge and skill for how to avoid and deal with hazards.
These training sessions cover a wide range of topics such as fire safety, how to properly perform first aid, identifying potential risks, responding to electric dangers and working at heights. Regular safety checks at the construction site to ensure all machinery, construction and equipment are in order.

Alok Is at the forefront of adopting innovative technology for enhanced construction as well as enhanced safety. As part of Alok's FOCUS 2025 initiatives, we plan to integrate robotics into our projects to ensure that high risk and physically demanding tasks can be taken over by robots, to minimize risk and effort by the workforce.
At Alok we also implement a comprehensive training and development programme for our workforce to equip them with the knowledge and skill necessary to thrive in this industry. Keeping them up to date with the latest machinery and methods, ensuring a proper chain of communication so every worker’s individual queries and problems can be solved, rigorous training programmes to ensure proper working without hazards and risks and ensuring that a continuous learning environment is fostered are just some key features of these programmes.
